6. GOOD NEIGHBOR STANDARDS
4.10 Recovery Residences have clear procedures for the use of on-site drug urinalysis-inclusive of documentation, frequency and billing practices. Procedures must be relative to the level of care (Level 1-4) and at a minimum accommodate as indicated. Urinalysis procedures shall at a maximum require an analysis upon admission; suspicion and randomly-not to exceed two samples per week. Resident reimbursement does not exceed 100% of costs. In the instance where on-site urinalysis is inconclusive and an independent laboratory is utilized for confirmation, the confirmation shall not be utilized more than 1 times per week and the cost for such confirmation shall not be billable to the resident. Documentation of testing, in the format of a Urinalysis Log, is maintained and available to FARR inspectors at any time.
4.9 Recovery Residences foster recovery-supportive, alcohol and drug-free environments through written and enforced policies and procedures that address: residents who return to alcohol and/or drug use; hazardous item searches; drug-screening and or toxicology protocols; and prescription and non-prescription medications usage and storage;
